During the Developing Strategy Phase, our team focused on translating the insights gathered during the research phase into a cohesive strategy for the LMS platform. This involved defining clear goals and objectives based on the identified user needs and business requirements. We prioritized features and functionalities, considering both short-term deliverables and long-term scalability. Additionally, we crafted a content strategy to ensure that the platform would offer relevant and engaging materials to support the learning needs of ERG leaders. Throughout this phase, close collaboration with stakeholders and ongoing iteration were essential to refining and finalizing the strategic roadmap for the LMS platform.

Understanding our users was paramount because it helped us tailor our product to their specific needs and preferences, ensuring that it provided genuine value and meets their expectations.
We used insights from our user interviews and market research to prioritize DIY features. We analyzed user feedback to identify common needs and preferences, then assessed the competitive landscape to find opportunities for differentiation. Collaborating closely as a design team, we translated insights into actionable plans, including wireframes and technical specifications, ensuring a focused and efficient design process.
In response to our research findings and user needs, we proposed a comprehensive set of solutions aimed at enhancing the DIY experience within the Home Depot app. Our proposed features, including a unified DIY feature page, milestone tracking, budget management, and comprehensive project information, are designed to address key pain points and streamline the entire DIY process from planning to execution.
